The Fat Pony

So with the extra riding, my poor girl is getting tired. I am too and it is because we have taken the last four years off and have put a few pounds on. So I am going to post a picture of Mare as of today. She is a very fat pony.

"I am in shape. Round is a shape"

(She has not had a foal since 2004)

I would post pictures of me in a Swimsuit or Spandex, but I am sure that one would have nightmares...LOL

So you will just have to trust me on my looks. I am about 30lbs over what I want to be. I want to walk into a store and buy a size 9/10 jean (32 inch waist). Currently I am a size 12(36 inch). I carry my weight well and one would never guess that I am currently at 190. Two years ago I was topped out at 235(Size 18/20). With just watching what I ate and only eating what I truly wanted, I lost 45 lbs. Now I want to lose that last 30....

So the Mare and I are going to do it together...So in November I will post after pictures.
